To make our Cabernet Garlic Mustard, we soak the seeds in California Cabernet for 48-72 hours. Then we blend the saturated mustard seeds with our homemade roasted garlic puree to create a flavorful condiment, versatile in its use. Sweet honey balances the bitter notes for a grain mustard that perfectly complements any dish.
