Branch and Vines Subscription Policy

Return Policy
At Branch and Vines, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any food items, whether opened or unopened. However, if you receive a broken item that is a non-consumable food product, we are happy to replace it.

Replacing a Broken Item:

  • Please take a clear photo of the damaged item and include it with your replacement request.
  • Requests for replacements without a photo will not be honored.


Lost Orders:

  • If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us immediately. Branch and Vines will submit a claim to the shipper on your behalf.
  • Upon the outcome of the investigation, either a replacement will be provided, or the shipper will deliver the original order.


Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Please note the following terms for cancellations:

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must occur at least two weeks before the upcoming shipment date.
  • Shipment Schedule: Shipments occur on the 19th of every other month, so to cancel your subscription for the upcoming shipment, you must submit your cancellation request by the 4th of that month.
  • If your cancellation request is received after the 4th, your subscription box for that month will still be shipped, and the cancellation will apply to the following shipment.


Facebook Group Access:

  • Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will be removed from the Kitchen Conquerors Facebook group, as this community is exclusive to our active subscribers.
