Branch and Vines offers a complete line of vinegars, including our barrel aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. Our infused Balsamic Vinegars and Specialty Vinegars, such as our white balsamic and Hickory Smoked balsamic, are without added sugars except for the natural fruit and sure to please absolutely anyone's palate. Traditional balsamic vinegar is made only with one ingredient — “grape must” (in Italian, “mosto”), the sweet juice of freshly pressed grapes — that is boiled to a concentrate, fermented and acidified, and aged for 12 to 25 years or longer in wood barrels.

Wafting aroma along with soft or robust flavor create the poetry of elements where taste comes together. We have poured over this poetry to produce words which can bring you as close to the taste "experience". With many distinct flavors, aromas and textures, we have tried to be as descriptive as possible with our artisan produced vinegars.  Regardless of your choice, we know you will not be disappointed!
