Lime Seared Scallops with Peruvian Ground Cherry Jam

  • 6 Fresh Large Sea Scallops
  • 1 Tbsp Branch and Vines Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • The Olive Twist Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • Branch and Vines Apricot Jalapeño Jam


Step 1

Pat scallops dry, coat with Tuscan Herb oil, and heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Place scallops in the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Step 3

Remove scallops from the skillet, place on a serving plate with arugula and blended rice, and top each scallop with ¼ tsp of Apricot Jalapeno jam for garnish.
