  • 4 medium potatoes (chopped into cubes)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 ½ pounds of your favorite kind of sausage
  • 2 tablespoons of Branch and Vines Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Branch and Vines Hickory Smoked Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F . Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat before adding in the diced onions and potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender , which should take about 10 minutes . Once they're done, transfer them to an oven-safe baking dish.

Step 2

Add the sausage links to the same skillet and cook until they are browned on both sides, about 10 minutes . Once they're finished cooking, add them to the same baking dish as the potatoes.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over everything in the baking dish.

Step 4

Stir until everything is evenly coated with the mixture. Place the baking dish into your preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until everything is nice and golden brown .
