Culinary Odyssey
An immersive exploration into the captivating world of oils and vinegars. Discover their rich history, scientific intricacies, and numerous health benefits as you delve into production processes and learn about pH ratings. Savor the nuanced flavors of each oil and vinegar while enjoying a fun-filled evening with friends or family. You'll learn effortless and innovative ways to elevate your culinary creations. BYOB is welcome, and you'll also enjoy Branch and Vines Shrubs, both alcoholic (must be 21) and non-alcoholic.
Participants will receive an Oil & Vinegar Tasting Passport, custom dressing to take home, class handouts, and enjoy a charcuterie board along with tastings from cooking demonstrations. Join us for a night of discovery and delectable delights!
Tea Soirée
An enchanting journey into the world of tea. Savor a variety of teas and indulge in a specialty Tea Champagne Cocktail (must be 21) if you wish. Delight in a selection of petits fours, finger sandwiches, and more as you immerse yourself in this elegant experience.
Participants will receive a Tea Tasting Passport, a custom blended tea to take home, and informative class handouts. During the workshop, you'll have the chance to craft your own unique tea blend using a variety of herbs, tea leaves, and botanicals. Enjoy an afternoon of sophistication and creativity with friends or family at our Tea Soirée.
