Garlic Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 lbs brussels sprouts halved
- 1 tablespoons White Garlic Olive Oi l
- 2 tablespoons Traditional Balsamic
- 1 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced finely
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
While oven preheats, halve Brussels sprouts and trim tough outer leaves.
Step 3
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Toss halved Brussels sprouts in mixture until coated.
Step 4
Lay Brussels sprouts on lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip Brussels sprouts and return to oven for additional 5-10 minutes until browned.
